Roadside Reefer Rescue LLC started with one man, a set of tools, and a belief that there had to be a better way to serve drivers and fleet owners.

Jeremy Gonzales began his journey in the truck and trailer industry the way a lot of hard workers do — from the ground up. Starting as a trailer repair technician, Jeremy quickly developed a passion for the critical systems that keep cargo cold and moving. His drive to learn more pushed him to transition into a reefer unit installer, where he honed his skills installing and troubleshooting transport refrigeration systems.

But Jeremy didn’t stop there.

Determined to become the best in the business, he went back to school, completed specialized training, and earned certification as a Carrier reefer technician — one of the highest standards in the industry. Through hands-on experience and formal education, he built the kind of deep knowledge few techs ever achieve.

For years, Jeremy put his skills to work for another company, repairing and maintaining refrigeration units for fleets across the region. But the more experience he gained, the more he realized there was a better way to serve customers with faster response times, more personal service, and a stronger commitment to keeping cargo safe and cold.

That’s when Roadside Reefer Rescue LLC was born.
